  Great experience. I found them online since I was visiting from out of town and the front desk was helpful and friendly, the doctor or RN that treated me had good bedside manners and fixed my ailment. Couldn't have asked for it to have gone smoother.

  Unbelievable. I arrive at the facility 10 minutes prior to closing to find the doors locked. I noticed one of the employees peeping around a door opening at me, but when she realized that I saw her, she ducked behind a wall. Also noticed someone peeing through the window blinds as well. I knocked on the door for a few minutes, and they refused to let me in. Patient care is not their concern, getting off work is. If this is how they treat you before you can get in the door, imagine how they will treat you once inside. God forbid if you actually need medical attention. Wait ! It's an Urgent Care Facility! I will never use this place, nor will I recommend it to anyone. This type of action is inexcuseable, and these employees should be fired !
